We Placemakers have to be generalists, always keeping sight of the big picture while knowing enough about details and systems to ask the right questions.

NPN approaches this with project-centered learnings; what you need to know to complete your first ADU is different than doing your first mixed-use building. We help fill in your gaps while always keeping you moving towards your project. It's all specific and hyperlocal to Portland, too.

Our regular Networking Meetings are where we learn from visiting experts and support each other. Unlike fee developers, we hold nothing back, because we all want to make the neighborhoods we love better.
